Six Simple Healthy Salad Recipes To Enjoy This Summer

Summer is well under way and if you’re in the Northern hemisphere in particular, it’s the ideal season to enjoy a light and refreshing salad. Packed with nutrients and antioxidants, green salads are great for a filling lunch or dinner.
