The “radical diet” is not the one that includes raw veggies

How many Westerns do you know that believe that a radical diet is one that includes raw vegetables, nuts, beans, sprouted grains, homegrown food, lots of water and does not include processed products? Hard to count there are so many, right?

But, for thousands of years, the human diet contained just that. It has only been in the last century that our diet has included mass produced, overly cooked, boxed, bagged, processed food.  And at the same time, we have seen an increase in a host of chronic diseases.

The diet we call radical, is actually the diet our body’s crave and fuel our functions the best.

Yet, so many of us believe that eating foods from boxes bought at the grocery store is the normal diet.

Take a look at a recent post on the Facebook Page TheMiracleEnzyme:

Nutritionalist Robert Redfern: “Children in Africa are fed on white flour and processed corn. They have not a chance of surviving in the long term without vaccinations. They could be fed on vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds and beans and a few supplements including Probiotics and they would not need vaccinations. If you are eating this diet then, no, you do not need a vaccination.”

Redfern has stated that the single most important step you can take to improve your health is to change your diet back to a more natural diet void of sticky carbs and processed foods.
