Health News (Week 51 – 2018)

No rants this week as I am winding down early for the Christmas break this year. I want to spend as much time as possible with my darling Anne as she is flying out on New Year’s Eve to the other side of the world (Melbourne, Australia) to spend two months helping our youngest daughter after the delivery of our 8th grandchild. I will be joining her at the end of February for our 49th wedding anniversary.

I have tons to write about in the New Year as well as publishing the next issue of the Naturally Healthy News magazine in mid-January. I will send a newsletter next week describing some of the topics I have lined up but dare not even think of them now as they are so controversial that I could maybe spoil my holiday.

I have added some articles below that I know you will find interesting if you have the time over the next week.

Remember

Take a deep breath and count backwards from 10-1 in your head when family discussions get heated. It is easier to swallow the words before, rather than once they are out of your mouth.
