I have been taking Vitamin C since the start of covid. A very good doctor told me to take vitamin C in increasing amounts until I reached a point of running to the loo too often, then cut back slightly. I started off with tablets but then found powdered vitamin C from a good organic source. So I added about 2 milligrams to a glass of water and drank it during the day but I do find it makes me urinate a lot more often, every 90 minutes so tried cutting it back more but still find the problem even if I return to tablets.
Great pity as I know I need it but not sure what to do now.
